The New Wanderable

WanderableWe have some exciting news to share! A few weeks ago, the original team behind Wanderable sold the company to new owners. The new ownership team has owned and operated other gift registry services for more than a decade. We are looking forward to serving you and improving Wanderable as we move into 2017 and beyond.

What does this mean for you?

1 – Your gift balance (if any) will not change in any way. As before, you can redeem your gifts at any time.

2 – Your fees will not change for the life of your account, even if we slightly adjust them for couples that sign up in the future.

3 – The ability to redeem gift amounts directly to travel vendor services will be discontinued on December 15th. This service has never been popular as almost all couples have preferred to redeem their gifts as cash. If you are planning on redeeming your gift balance directly to a travel vendor, please do so on or before 12/15/16. This change affects only direct redemptions to travel vendors — you will always be able to get your gift balance in cash.

4 – If you’ve had any issues with customer service delays, those should quickly become fixed as the new service team gets ramped up. Improved customer service is a huge focus for us!

5 – Over the next few weeks, you may see small changes in how your account looks and works. Larger changes, mainly in regard to design, will be rolling out in early 2017.

6 – What can be we do better? Send any comments, questions, or concerns directly to me: As we improve the Wanderable experience over the next weeks and months we want your input!

You will receive additional emails whenever a change rolls out, explaining exactly what’s new. Don’t hesitate to let us know if you encounter any issues with your account or any other part of the site.

Thank you for being a Wanderable couple!
