Our Favorite Restaurants for a Honeymoon: Selene (Santorini, Greece)

Ranked as one of the best restaurants in Europe, Selene recently celebrated its 30th anniversary. A must-visit spot for newlyweds exploring Santorini in Greece, the acclaimed restaurant focuses on local ingredients and creative dishes such as poached Aegean codfish and grilled octopus.

Meanwhile, the views can’t be beat, either. The restaurant is situated on one of the highest points of Santorini in the historic village of Pyrgos.

The experience doesn’t end with dinner. Couples can also sign up for cooking classes, wine tastings, demonstrations, and a visit to the local folklore museum.

Heading to Greece for your honeymoon? Be sure to add this once-in-a-lifetime dining experience to your registry list.

The New Wanderable

wanderable logo 300x300 The New WanderableWe have some exciting news to share! A few weeks ago, the original team behind Wanderable sold the company to new owners. The new ownership team has owned and operated other gift registry services for more than a decade. We are looking forward to serving you and improving Wanderable as we move into 2017 and beyond.

What does this mean for you?

1 – Your gift balance (if any) will not change in any way. As before, you can redeem your gifts at any time.

2 – Your fees will not change for the life of your account, even if we slightly adjust them for couples that sign up in the future.

3 – The ability to redeem gift amounts directly to travel vendor services will be discontinued on December 15th. This service has never been popular as almost all couples have preferred to redeem their gifts as cash. If you are planning on redeeming your gift balance directly to a travel vendor, please do so on or before 12/15/16. This change affects only direct redemptions to travel vendors — you will always be able to get your gift balance in cash.
